Strengths Education & Training for Ministry Leaders

Martha delivers onsite and virtual TCD strengths education and training for ministry leaders who are interested in offering talent and strengths-based gift ministries in their faith community.

Strengths education and training for ministry leaders includes the opportunity to:

• Engage in strengths-based talent development on a personal level by engaging in TCD Learning Modules 1 and 2.

• Learn about best practices and specific strengths education for small group gift facilitators.

• Discuss how to start and sustain gift ministries in a faith community context.

  
  

The learning modules are offered virtually and onsite:

• The onsite option is offered to faith communities within the St. Paul/Minneapolis, Minnesota metro area.

• The virtual option is offered through a short video and Zoom sessions.
